I had a deep tissue massage today at Sila Thai Massage Penrith and it was absolutely fantastic. The therapist was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand the areas that needed work. The pressure was perfect, and I could feel the tension easing with every minute. I walked out feeling lighter, relaxed, and genuinely relieved from the aches I’d been carrying.

I had one of those knots in my back like under my scapula where it hurt to breathe in for about a month. I went in a saw ‘Joy’ from Sila and she knew exactly what she was doing, she’s very easy to get a long with and she said “after a month of once a week coming here, I’ll fix you”, and she did, actually only after 3 sessions, worth every penny. The pain is completely gone, and I’ve never felt better, I highly recommend. All the staff are always smiling and laughing in there, great vibes!

Very welcoming and friendly, and the place was very clean and comfortable. I had a 90 minute relaxation (Swedish) massage and while it was a little uncomfortable in some moments, overall it was definitely very relaxing. I feel like I'm still glowing hours later. Highly recommended!
