I thought it was time I gave an updated review, as I’ve now been coming to Sila Massage for over 18 months, usually every week, and the team continues to be just as wonderful as they have always been.
I have a remedial massage with hot stones each week, and one of the things I value most is how approachable and accommodating the team are. Every week can be different, sometimes I need a firmer massage, other weeks my body needs something gentler, or I have a particular area causing me trouble. All I need to do is communicate this, and they listen and adjust the treatment straight away.
After more than 18 months of regular visits, I’ve always felt comfortable speaking up about what I need. The team genuinely want you to have a good experience and are very responsive to feedback during the massage.
For me, that communication is such an important part of why I come back to Sila for a massage, everyone’s body, pain tolerance and needs are different, and they can only respond to what we tell them. I’ve consistently found the team friendly, professional and willing to adapt to what I need.
18+ months of weekly visits says a lot. I keep coming back because I genuinely value the care I receive. Thank you to the Sila team for looking after me week after week. ❤️
